• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Disrupt or interfere with platform performance.
• Copy, modify, or redistribute our software without permission.
• Use automated bots to access restricted areas.

• Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
• Subscription pricing may change with prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all player, coach, tournament, and organization data entered into the platform is accurate and legally collected. You must obtain any required consent before storing personal information.

All software, branding, logos, designs, content, graphics, and technology provided through BadmintonKhelo remain the exclusive property of BadmintonKhelo or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

While we strive for maximum uptime, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools, or cloud storage providers. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
